Apple partners with A-Cold-Wall on limited-edition Beats Studio3 Wireless

Apple has quietly released a limited edition version of the Beats Studio3 Wireless headphones, with a collaboration with the brand A-Cold-Wall resulting in speckled personal audio gear.

Appearing on the online Apple Store on Monday, the Beats Studio3 Wireless A-Cold-Wall Limited Edition combines the famous headphones with a new color palette. The "Cement" style consists of a slate grey background, covered with light flecks and an onyx stroke on the outside.

While the ear cushions use the same color scheme, the inner section of the headband uses a lighter clay color for "contrast and graphic sophistication." "ACW" logos appear on both the headphones and the accompanying carry case.

Other than the collaboration with the Samuel Ross brand, the Beats Studio3 are the same as the originals, offering Pure Active Noise Cancellation and connectivity driven by Apple's W1 chip. Battery life is up to 22 hours with ANC on, 40 hours with ANC disabled, while Fast Fuel technology provides 3 hours of playback with a 10-minute charge.

The A-Cold-Wall Limited Edition Beats Studio3 are priced at $349.95, the same as other Studio 3 Wireless color combinations. The website states the headphones are "currently unavailable" for Apple Store pickup and are "Coming soon" for delivery, with no official word from Apple nor ACW on when the release will occur.
