Apple TV+ has released an official teaser trailer for "WeCrashed," an upcoming drama series chronicling the rise and fall of WeWork coming to the streaming platform in March.

In the one-minute trailer, viewers are introduced to WeWork cofounder Adam Neumann, played by Jared Leto, and his wife Rebekah, played by Anne Hathaway.

"WeCrashed" is based on the podcast of the same name by Wondery. It's inspired by actual events surrounding WeWork, a startup valued at $50 billion at its height but that quickly fell from grace. Filming for the series kicked off in July 2021, months after Apple inked a deal for the series in January 2021.

"WeCrashed" was created by Lee Eisenberg, co-creator of "Little America." Eisenberg will also serve as show runner, while John Requa and Glenn Ficarra will direct the series. All four will executive produce it alongside Charlie Gogolak, Natalie Sandy, Leto, Hathaway, and Emma Ludbrook.

The eight-part limited series will debut on March 18 alongside Apple TV+'s slate of 2022 content, including "The Afterparty," "Severance," and "Suspicion."
