Steps to reproduce

Requires iOS 6.0+

1. Quit Safari
2. From your home screen go to Settings -> Safari
3. Flick Javascript from On to Off.
4. Relaunch Safari.
5. Return to this page.
6. Click This Link to test Javascript.
7. Close Safari completely.
8. Return to Settings -> Safari
9. Javascript will be toggled on
