Apple could launch its refresh of the 13-inch MacBook Pro sometime on Monday, a prominent leaker claims, with the updated model potentially including both a 14-inch display and faster processor configurations.

Apple has been rumored to be preparing an update for the 13-inch MacBook Pro for a while, with previous speculation and rumors pointing towards a launch sometime in May for the model. In a Monday morning tweet, it is suggested that new model could arrive later today.

Posting to Twitter,FrontPageTech's Jon Prosser has once again offered the prospect of a launch of a new model, declaring it is "Incoming" and "Today's the day." In advising what is inbound, the tweet refers to a post from Prosser dating back to April 4, about the 13-inch MacBook Pro arriving in May.

In later tweets, Prosser is asked what time the launch could take place. Prosser does not narrow down when the launch will be, but advises his followers to "just keep an eye on the website for the next couple hours-ish."

Earlier tweets by Prosser claimed the refreshed model has the codename "J223." While referring to it as the 13-inch model, he suggests the use of a 14-inch screen is "a big possibility." Other rumors have pointed to its use of the new Magic Keyboard and 10th-generation Intel processors, though details of what chips largely remains unknown.

Prosser has become prominent recently for leaks, including a series of posts surrounding the launch of the iPhone SE refresh, with sources also claiming Apple is working on Xcode for iOS and iPadOS.
