A new report claims that Instagram users will be able to assign a moderator to a video, giving them the ability to approve live comments.

Continuing its move away from images and toward a TikTok-style video platform, Instagram is reportedly working on a new moderation capability.

The news comes from Twitter user Alessandro Paluzzi, who has previously and correctly reported on how Instagram is adding a "Favorites" feature to its posts. Now Paluzzi claims to have uncovered options and screenshots showing the new moderation feature.

Paluzzi claims that working through the options reveals that only one moderator may be added to any given video.

Instagram has not commented on the claim. Paluzzi's claim was first spotted by iMore.
