OtterBox's colorful new MagSafe iPhone cases repurpose scrap plastic

On Thursday, OtterBox announced the availability of its Core Series — MagSafe-compatible iPhone cases that utilize scrap plastic for a sustainable, fashionable twist.

Taking a design cue from funfetti cake, OtterBox's new Core Series of iPhone 13 cases utilize post-industrial recycled plastic for a colorful flare.

The company states that it's already repurposed more than 1.4 million pounds of plastic that would otherwise end up in landfills.

The Core Series is crafted from a regrind material and features a comfortable, grippy texture. Its ultra-slim profile slips easily into pockets and works to protect your iPhone 13 from bumps and drops.

Those looking to snag their own can head to OtterBox where they can purchase their own Core Series case in either Funfetti White or Carnival Night Black for $59.95, for the iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13 Pro Max, and the iPhone 13 mini.
