After a very popular debut, Sony Pictures has rolled out the series' first official merchandise collection. It's aggressively average.
There's no doubt about it:Pluribusis a major hit for Apple TV. As expected, the sci-fi psychological thriller has finally debuted its first official merchandise drop.
Sony Pictures has launched a brand-new "Pluribus" collection on its official store. Fans can snag a new shirt, hoodie, or hat to show their love for their favorite show.
- Women's cut Pluribus Logo Tee, $24.95
- Pluribus Petri Smile Tee, $24.95
- Women's cut Pluribus Grenade Tee, $24.95
- Pluribus Yellow Grenade Tee, $24.95
- Women's cut Pluribus Wycaro Tee, $24.95
- Pluribus Purple Wycaro Tee, $24.95
- Pluribus Logo Hoodie, $49.95
- Pluribus Logo Hat, $29.95
One downside to snagging the merch is that there's not a lot said about it. As noted in the list above, some items are slim-fit t-shirts in a traditional "women's cut." Others appear to be in a more unisex cut.
The t-shirts and hoodie range from a small to 2XL. The hat is a one-size-fits-most with an adjustable d-ring closure in the back.
Most Apple TV's shows never see a merch drop, "Pluribus" is hardly the first.
"Ted Lasso," Apple TV's first breakout show, was heavily merchandised. Not only were there shirts, mugs, and blankets, there was a time when it also had an ice cream collab with popular ice cream purveyor Jeni, and its own limited edition shortbread cookies.
"Severance" is another series that has seen its fair share of fan-targeted items. Not only did the series get a rare Blu-ray release, but Atomic Keyboard's Kickstarter brought in ten times over its goal to create a Lumon Industries-themed keyboard.
