A handful of Apple authorized resellers this week have entered into a price war on 12" MacBooks, dropping each model by $100 to $200. Meanwhile, essentially every new iMac configuration (iMac, iMac 4K and iMac 5K) is available from either MacMall and Adorama, and both are offering AI readers exclusive $79 discounts until Oct 31st. The vast majority are also in stock.
$100-$200 off 12" MacBooks
A handful of Apple authorized resellers this week have slashed and matched each other's pricing for every model of Apple's 12" MacBook family, with discounts ranging from $100 on the entry-level configuration to $200 on the most equipped configurations. With the exception of only a couple of configurations, these current prices are the lowest we've seen for these new MacBooks. The table below includes links to each of the retailers participating in the price match at the discount to Apple's price on the far right. Virtually every Late 2015 iMac in Stock with $79 instant savings
Today also marks the first time since their introduction that virtually every Late 2015 iMac configuration (iMac, iMac 4K, and iMac 5K) is reflected as being in-stock and at discount with at least one of Apple's top authorized resellers listed in our Price Guides. 2) If you haven't already, take a few moments to join Adorama's free VIP customer program. (It's painless, offers perks, & is required for special promos like these.)
3) Â Now make sure you're logged into your Adorama VIP account.
4) Â Once logged in, select your Late-2015 27" iMac with 5K Retina display by clicking one of the pricing links above (or those in the Mac Price Guide) -- you must use these sets of links!
5) When the Adorama iMac page loads, you'll see a price that's roughly $70 higher than advertised. That's ok. Add it to your cart anyway and we'll use a coupon to deduct that $70 momentarily.
6) If you want AppleCare with your iMac, you can add Apple's AppleCare extended protection plan for iMac to your order for only $119 ($50 discount) using this link.
7) When you're done shopping, begin the checkout process.
8) During checkout, apply promo code APINSIDER in the Promo Code field right after your shipping info (where it says "Do you have a gift card or promo code?")
9) After you apply the promo code, the total price should fall by roughly $70 to match the prices advertised.
