Users of Microsoft's OneDrive cloud storage service will now be able to browse more easily through their files -- as long as they have an iPhone 6s -- as the Redmond giant has taken a shine to Apple's 3D Touch.
Those in Microsoft's data silo can now "Peek" into folders and files and "Pop" them open. Microsoft warns users not to press too hard, however, though it's not immediately clear exactly what harm would befall them should they exert an excessive amount of force.
Other changes in the latest version of OneDrive for iOS include a tweaked user interface and a new "shake to report a bug" feature.
Microsoft has been aggressively working to make OneDrive -- and the Office365 service it accompanies -- competitive with offerings from growing rival Google and even Apple. Last week, Microsoft began reminding users that OneDrive's free tier would shrink to 5 gigabytes from its initial 15 gigabyte capacity.
OneDrive version 7.1 is available now as a free, 71.2-megabyte download from the App Store.
