The iCloud for Windows 13 update is available on the Microsoft Store. Although a minor update to the app, it has a few features that bring it up-to-date with iCloud on Apple's own platforms.
That includes the ability for participants in an iCloud Drive shared file or folder to add or remove additional people.
As mentioned, the app also now features support for Apple ProRes and Apple ProRAW formats. iCloud for Windows users can also generate strong passwords in the iCloud Passwords app.
Apple's iCloud for Windows app allows Microsoft computer users to get access to data stored in iCloud, including iCloud Photos, iCloud Drive, Calendar, Mail, and Contacts. It's a free download on the Microsoft Store.
