Sprint's latest iPhone deal delivers iPhone 8 or 8 Plus for $8 per month

By AppleInsider Staff

For a limited time only, Sprint is discounting iPhone 8 and 8 Plus devices to just $8 per month with lease, plus free overnight shipping.

Those looking for a cheap iPhone can pick up the 64GB iPhone 8 in new condition for $8 per month with Sprint's 18-month Flex lease (plus $0 due today). Once 18 months have passed, customers can either return the device and upgrade to a new model, or buy it via one lump payment or six monthly payments. At $8 per month for 18 months, the cost comes to $144 before any taxes or fees with a new line of service, which is a significant price reduction over Apple's $24.99 per month (or $599) price for the iPhone 8.

Shoppers looking for the iPhone 8 Plus can also pick up the device in new condition for $12.17 per month. And those looking for the lowest price period can snap up a pre-owned iPhone 8 Plus for $8 a month during Sprint's flash sale, with free overnight shipping as well.

Considering Sprint has some of the most competitive rates for wireless service, the final total for cell service and the device can often be cheaper than AT&T's free iPhone 8 offer. Verizon Wireless at press time has the iPhone 8 for $12.49 per month with 24 monthly payments, a discount of half off retail, for comparison.
