Merry Christmas to all of you, from all of us at AppleInsider

By William Gallagher

Whether you celebrate Christmas or not, we want to wish you a happy holiday season, and thank you for being with us throughout 2022.

AppleInsider

continues throughout the holidays with the latest news, tips, and of course all the best deals on Apple-related hardware. If you get any new Apple device, be sure check out our comprehensive guides, tips, and features about them all.

So whether you need to set up an Apple Watch Ultra for someone, or you need to explain to someone else why their iPhone 14 Pro hasn't arrived, you're in the right place.

AppleInsider also continues to cover all Apple news -- and for once, it's possible that Apple Park may not be quite as silent as usual. For the second year running, the App Store review team will still be working so important bug fixes will get released, for instance.

Although if you're hanging on waiting for Prince Harry's book to get released on the Apple Books store in time for Christmas, you'll need a different last-second gift. No books submitted after December 13, 2022, will see the light of day in the Apple Books store until January 3, 2023.

There is also the fact that Apple explicitly promised a classical version of Apple Music before the end of the year. Mind you, they also said there'd be an Apple Silicon Mac Pro and neither seems likely to slip out in a Christmas week tweet.

Whereas based on previous years, what's much more likely is that the AppleInsider forums will be the place to hang out while you're waiting for the turkey to cook, or possibly for your relatives to go. We didn't say that.

And if you want, use one of our notifications from our app to get you out of whatever holiday quagmire you may find yourself in. We won't mind.

We will, though, be revisiting what we did say throughout 2022. Starting December 26, 2022, every day we'll feature our month by month guide to everything Apple did -- and everything that was done to Apple.

It's been another turbulent and even sometimes frightening year. We'll still be here, and we hope you get a peaceful Christmas and New Year.
