The retail giant has announced its 2023 Prime Day dates, and says "in the US, members can shop more deals on small business products than ever before."

The shopping event will start at 3am ET on Tuesday, 11 July 2023, and conclude at the end of Wednesday, July 12, 2023.

As ever, regular discounts will launch every 30 minutes, and there are already deals that have been opened early. This year, though, Amazon is adding a new Invite-Only series of deals.

"Prime members can request an invitation to score some of Prime Day's best deals that are expected to sell out," says the company in a statement. "Members who are selected will be notified during Prime Day with instructions on how to purchase the item at the exclusive deal price."

It's not clear how Amazon will determine "members who are selected." However, as with all Prime Day deals, buyers must be members of Amazon Prime -- although even the trial membership counts.

Beyond that, Prime members will be able to register interest in the invite-only deals.

Prime Day is typically a good time of year to buy Apple products, and other devices. However, note that just because there is an Apple deal on Prime Day, it may not be the lowest price or the best deal.
