Apple's popular M3 MacBook Air 15-inch with a boost to 16GB RAM and a 512GB SSD is $200 off as Amazon and B&H compete in a post-Prime Day price war.
The $1,499 price, which is available at both B&H Photo and Amazon.com, reflects a $200 price drop on the upgraded model just in time for back-to-school shopping.
Normally $1,699, this 15-inch MacBook Air model features a bump up to 16GB unified memory and 512GB storage. Both are double the amount found in the standard M3 MacBook Air configuration.
At press time, inventory is tightening at Amazon as the deal gains popularity. B&H currently has several colorways in stock with free expedited shipping within the contiguous U.S.
If you're a B&H Payboo cardholder, you can also get an instant sales tax refund in qualifying states or secure special financing -- a perk when making a larger purchase.
You can also find exclusive discounts on every other configuration in our M3 MacBook Air 15-inch Price Guide and M3 MacBook Air 13-inch Price Guide. It's worth taking a look at the guides to see how much you can save on a new MacBook.
There's also a special closeout deal that ends tonight on the M2 Pro 14-inch MacBook Pro. Priced at $1,499 like the M3 Air above, the 14-inch MacBook Pro offers additional ports, including HDMI, and a higher GPU core count compared to the Air (16 cores in the Pro versus 10 cores in the Air).
The Pro is slightly heavier, though, and the 14.2-inch screen size is smaller than the Air's 15.3-inch display. Find out everything you need to know in our guide to the 15-inch MacBook Air.
