Amazon's October Prime Day event is here, with record low prices on AirPods Pro 2 and AirPods Max.

AirPods deals were expected for Prime Day, but the steeper discount on AirPods Pro 2 is a pleasant surprise. Grab a pair for only $168.99 with a Prime membership while supplies last. Whether the earbuds are for yourself or you're getting your holiday shopping done early (kudos to you!), this deal saves you time and money, with the popular accessory delivered directly to your door.
For those that prefer over-ear headphones, AirPods Max with a Lightning port have dropped to $394.99, matching the lowest price on record. This is the last-gen model that includes a Lightning charging port (the new release has USB-C charging), but if you can handle charging with a Lightning cable, it's a stellar deal. The headphones bundled with AppleCare are also eligible for a Prime-specific deal -- now $438.99, a discount of $170 off retail.
If a USB-C port is important to you, the new AirPods Max with USB-C are down to the lowest price ever at $499.99 in select colors. This is the first material discount we've seen on the September 2024 release.
