The 2nd annual Children's and Family Emmy Awards revealed five more wins for Apple TV+ content, including "Life by Ella," "Pinecone & Pony," and "Shape Island."

Apple TV+ content was nominated for 27 awards for the 2nd annual Children's and Family Emmy Awards and took home 5. There was some incredible competition from Netflix, Disney+, and HBO Max, but Apple managed to stand out with its casting and art direction.
According to a report on the awards show from Deadline, "Sesame Street" was one of the big winners with five awards, tying with Netflix's "Lost Ollie." One of the wins for "Lost Ollie" was a tie with "Jane" from Apple TV+.
The Children's and Family Emmy Awards winners for Apple TV+ are:
- Outstanding Writing for a Young Teen Program -- "Life By Ella"
- Outstanding Younger Voice Performance in a Preschool, Children's or Young Teen Program -- Maria Nash for Pinecone in "Pinecone & Pony"
- Outstanding Individual Achievement in Animation -- Ellen Coons for "Shape Island"
- Outstanding Visual Effects for a Live Action Program -- "Jane"
- Outstanding Casting for a Live Action Program -- "Best Foot Forward"
That brings Apple TV+ to a total of 420 wins and 1,730 award nominations. It is only the beginning of awards season, so expect to hear about more Apple TV+ accolades in the coming weeks.
