Apple TV+ continues to rack up nominations this awards season, with six of its series nominated for ten awards at the 28th Annual Critics Choice Awards.
Severance on Apple TV+ On Tuesday, the Critics Choice Association announced nominations for the 2023 Critics Choice Awards, set to be revealed on Sunday, January 15.
Both "Severance" and "Bad Sisters" have been nominated for Best Drama Series, while both "Pachinko" and "Tehran" have been nominated for Best Foreign Language Series.
Many of the Apple TV+ stars have been nominated as well. "Severance" star Adam Scott has picked up a nomination for Best Actor in a Drama Series, while "Bad Sisters" star Sharon Horgan has been nominated for Best Actress in a Drama Series.
Ray Liotta and Paul Walter Hauser have each been nominated for Best Supporting Actor in a Limited Series or TV Movie for their performances in "Black Bird."
Samuel L. Jackson has been nominated for Best Actor in a Limited Series or TV Movie for his role in "The Last Days of Ptolemy Grey." In addition, Dominique Fishback has landed a nomination for Best Supporting Actress in a Limited Series or TV Movie for the same series.
In late November, Apple won its first BFTA Children & Young People's awards for series such as "El Deafo" and "Wolfwalkers."
