The newly improved Stand & Hub for Mac Mini and Mac Studio now includes an NVMe SSD enclosure, enhancing connectivity through a single cable. The feature allows for faster data speeds and additional storage, catering to the needs of modern users.

The Thunderbolt 4 Slim Hub Pro, designed for creative professionals, supports data transfer speeds up to 40Gbps and up to 8K/60Hz video output. It also delivers a substantial 96W of charging power to the host device. Both devices enable daisy-chaining of up to six devices and provide 32Gbps native PCIe support for external GPUs and Thunderbolt-based SSDs.

The upgraded Stand & Hub supports both NVMe and M.2 SATA SSDs. Its design is optimized for increased storage capacity and faster data transfer, using Gen 2 USB-C technology.

The Stand & Hub's unique design integrates seamlessly with Mac Mini and Mac Studio, featuring elevated mounting brackets for a secure hold and vents to promote airflow, ensuring device coolness. The hub includes multiple ports for connectivity, including USB-C 3.1, USB-A 3.1 and 3.0 data ports, micro/SD card readers, and an audio jack.

Thunderbolt 4 Slim Hub Pro

The Thunderbolt 4 Slim Hub Pro, an evolution of the version launched at CES 2023, now comes with a 150W GaN power supply, capable of outputting 96W to the host device. That is a 60% increase from its predecessor.

The hub utilizes advanced Thunderbolt 4 technology with three downstream ports supporting fast data transfers and robust video output for multiple displays. It's backward compatible with Thunderbolt 3 and USB standards, ensuring versatility and reliability.

I like the form factor of the Mini hub, but with the Wi-Fi being in the base of the Mini, I wonder if stacking it on top of this hub could interfere with the Wi-Fi signal.
