Apple has announced increased support for 5G in iPhone 13, working with more bands in order to bring the faster speeds to more countries.
Announced at its "California Streaming" event, Apple's 5G iPhone 13 range includes greater 5G support that means increased call quality, and faster speeds around the world.
"We've innovated further on custom-designed antennas and radio components," announced Kaiann Drance, Apple vice president of iPhone Product Marketing, "that let us add more bands so iPhone 13 works on 5G with the latest speeds and in more places."
"The world is moving quickly to 5G," she continued. "We're collaborating with more carrier partners for the best call quality performance coverage and battery life."
"By the end of the year we will double 5G support to over 200 carriers in 60 countries and regions," said Drance. "That means you can benefit from 5g in more places than ever."

Man what a boring upgrade this phone is
I fell asleep during the Keynote. The only thing I’m looking forward to is the 1TB hard drive.
And 3.5Gbps? Yeah. Right. I have a 12 Pro Max and if I go above 100Mbps, I'm feeling good. Lol
Nothing wrong with an evolution in tech. Hey, 120 fps is new to iPhones, and interesting. It might compel me to upgrade.
