Panther Includes Secure Delete

If you are one of those folks who believes Apple unmasked all of Panther at yesterdays developer conference, you are about as off-base as an Apple/Intel merger rumor. Nevertheless, we will be detailing our findings on AppleInsider over the coming weeks.
The first to be noted — and praised by hooligans like our very own Kasper Jade — is the incorporation of secure delete via the Finder's 'File' menu. Presently, Apple offers 1,7 or 35(!!!) passes of overwrite on deleted data.
