A handful of MacBook Pro configurations that received steep price cuts several weeks ago are nearly sold out and won't be replenished after having been discontinued by Apple. Meanwhile, the Mac maker is blowing out hundreds of refurbished 13" MacBook Airs for $899, in addition to several other models and iPads, all of which have now been added to our price guides.

Apple's somewhat unofficial eBay store has begun undercutting the company's own refurbished prices, offering MacBooks for up to $100 less, and savings of up to $50 on iPads and iPods.

eBay, in conjunction with seller Johny641, is selling Apple's 13.3-Inch MacBook Pro MD101LL/A (2.5GHz/4GB/500GB) for $999 -- $200 off retail and the lowest price available -- while supplies last. 67 units had sold as of press time. The item is the current 2.5GHz 13-inch MacBook Pro and comes brand new/sealed with Apple's standard 1-year warranty.

iPad owners appear to be getting rid of their older models in preparation for the release of the third generation, as the number of iPads being traded in to eBay during February was up tenfold from that of the same month last year.

A new analysis has ranked Apple as the No. 13 most-visited website in the U.S., besting retailers eBay and Walmart and falling just behind traffic to The New York Times.
