'Ted Lasso' film crew adopts Jason Sudeikis's costume for Halloween

Jason Sudeikis recently received a fun Halloween surprise as the film crew for "Ted Lasso" dressed up as the lead character of the hit Apple TV+ series.

Twitter user Mark Shepherd spotted the TV set outside his office and saw the film crew all dressed in the navy blue top and khakis of Ted Lasso, the lead character for the popular Apple TV+ series played by Jason Sudeikis.

Ted Lasso makes for a good costume all year round, and of all Apple TV+ shows, it's the one with the greatest amount of merchandise. The WB Shop sells official merchandise for the show. The collection includes shirts, mugs, baseball caps, jackets, and more.

"Ted Lasso" is one of the most popular Apple Originals on the Apple TV+ video streaming service.

The series follows Ted Lasso, an American college football coach hired to coach an English soccer team in an attempt by its owner to spite her ex-husband. Lasso tries to win over the skeptical English soccer fandom with his charm while dealing with his inexperience.

The show has recently concluded its second season and the film crew is making the third, which is expected to be the final outing for the character.
