The iPhone 15 event is on September 12, M3 Macs could come in an October event, new iPad Pros are now expected in 2024, and more on this week's episode of the AppleInsider Podcast.
New iPhone colors
Your hosts Wes Hilliard and Stephen Robles discuss everything to expect during Apple's Wonderlust event. The iPhone 15 lineup is certain while Apple Watch updates are less clear, and perhaps Apple Vision Pro could make an appearance.
We can be sure, though, that Apple Silicon will continue to evolve with M3 later in the fall, and it seems Apple could hold an event to announce the new chipset. However, it's an open question which Macs will be announced alongside that chipset.
Then the iPad lineup is due for some updates and Apple could start with the 10.9-inch model in the fall. Your hosts are hopeful for an iPad mini 7, but more importantly, the iPad Pro lineup could get a significant update in 2024.
The show closes with discussion around the betas and macOS Sonoma wallpapers. Google also leaked its next Pixel phone, but it didn't cause much of a splash.
