Peter Cohen

Since Peter's first high school internship duplicating disks for a banking software developer, Apple computers and devices have figured prominently in Peter's professional life. His first career in tech support for Mac hardware and software makers led to a career in IT working for graphic design firms, newspaper, book and magazine publishers.

His experience creating web sites for his employers led to Peter's first web publishing success: MacGaming, a leading source of Mac game news, reviews and info. Peter rode the Web 1.0 wave as prominent daily Apple news resource MacCentral acquired MacGaming in 1998. A year later Mac Publishing LLC acquired MacCentral, and Peter spent the next decade on Macworld's staff as a senior editor. Since then Peter's written for iMore, ZDNet, Tom's Hardware and many other sites as a freelance writer, editor and journalist.
