A document appearing to include a leaked Foxconn manufacturing schematic may back claims that Apple's next-generation "iPhone 6s" series will feature a 12-megapixel rear-facing camera, 4K video, and 2 gigabytes of RAM.
Apple's next-generation iPhone will take a few design cues from the Apple Watch, not only gaining the new Force Touch input method, but also utilizing the company's custom Series 7000 aluminum for a casing that will be up to 60 percent harder than the iPhone 6.
This year's iPhone upgrade will feature a rose gold casing color, matching the Apple Watch Edition, according to one well-connected insider, who also revealed it will feature a 12-megapixel camera and 2-gigabytes of RAM, among other changes.
Apple's 2015 family of iPhones are expected to adopt features first introduced in other Apple products, such as the dynamic Force Touch input found on the Apple Watch, but won't include a recently-rumored multi-camera system, AppleInsider has been advised.
