Meross announces HomeKit enabled LED floor lamp debuting at $79.99

Meross has unveiled a trendy, modular lamp that can be easily controlled via Apple's HomeKit.

The new Meross Lamp measures 54.7 inches tall and features a flexible gooseneck, allowing for 360-degree rotation and tilt changes. At the bottom is a weighted base that prevents the lamp from tipping over.

While designed as a floor lamp, the Meross Smart LED Lamp is also modular. The lamp portion is detachable, and it comes with a table attachment allowing it to be used as a desk lamp, should you so choose.

Additionally, it also features a clamp attachment, allowing it to be clamped to tables, windowsills, and more. When used as a desk or clamp lamp, the lamp measures 22 inches tall.

It also features customizable color temperature changes between 2700K and 6000K, and a peak brightness of 650 lumens. In addition, users can adjust the brightness from 1% to 100% via the Meross app.

The lamp is controllable through HomeKit, Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and the Meross app.

The Meross LED Floor Lamp is available for purchase from Amazon for $79.99, and currently features a $25 off coupon to celebrate its launch.

Shame 650 lumens (~55W)  is way, way too dim for me.

"Currently unavailable" on Amazon. Also, if I'm going to use a wall socket for a lamp, I want the lamp to be bright. But otherwise, this is the kind of product I want to buy (unless I need to register with an email or app to set it up.)

I bought one on Friday. I wonder if they had like four in stock, and sold through.
