How to find the iPhone status bar icons that Apple moved because of the notch

The notch is fine but we've lost where we used to look for information on screen because of it. Most of that can be found in new places if you know where to look yet it's far less convenient than it was.

Verizon rolls out 'My Numbers' feature for five lines on a single device, announces RCS support in early 2019

Verizon on Friday launched My Numbers, a new service that allows customers to manage up to five lines -- four of them virtual phone numbers -- on a single smartphone via a standalone app. The largest wireless carrier in the U.S. by subscribers separately announced plans to roll out support for RCS texting in early 2019.

Apple should keep Lightning for now, but USB-A has to die

USB-C is slowly, but surely, replacing all the cables in our lives and is trying to be the ubiquitous solution to power all our gadgets. The one holdback before the format can accomplish this task, is insistence on maintaining the USB-A connector, and our old friend, Apple's Lightning cable. One of them has to go, and it isn't Lightning.
