Apple will require attendees to provide proof of vaccination and a negative COVID-19 test to attend the season two premiere of Apple TV+ series "Ted Lasso."
The Cupertino tech giant began to inform attendees of the requirements on the eve of the premiere, according to Deadline.
"Due to the recent increase in the Los Angeles COVID rates, all guests and personnel attending the Season 2 Premiere of Ted Lasso will be required to show proof of full-vaccination and a negative COVID-19 test in order to enjoy the evening," the email reads.
Los Angeles coronavirus cases are up 500% over the past month.
Filming for the second season of "Ted Lasso" wrapped in June. Season two of the critically acclaimed series is set to debut on Friday, July 23.
"Ted Lasso" has proven to be one of Apple's most successful pieces of original content. The show earned Apple TV+ 20 out of 35 nominations in the 73rd annual Emmy Awards.
