Apple has provided participants of its developer beta program with a new third build of macOS Mojave 10.14.4, almost two weeks after the second betas of all of the company's operating systems were distributed.
Developers taking part in the test program can download the latest build via the Apple Developer Center, or as an over-the-air update on enrolled devices. Participants in the public Apple Beta Software Program can typically expect a similar beta update to be issued shortly after the developer version.
The third beta of macOS 10.14.4, build 18E194d, increments from the second build, 18E174F. Version 10.14.4 introduces a number of changes, including Apple News in Canada and support for Safari AutoFill on Macs with Touch ID.
While macOS is seemingly the only developer beta arriving today, it is highly likely that new third builds of Apple's other betas, including iOS 12.2, will arrive within the next few days.
AppleInsider, and Apple itself, strongly recommend users avoid installing beta software on to "mission-critical" or important primary devices, due to the risk of potential issues such as data loss. Testers should install betas onto secondary or non-essential devices, and to make sure there are sufficient backups of important data before performing an update.

The last update 10.14.4 Beta (18E184e) fixed the AMD GPU driver issue that conflicted with Photoshop's use of the GPU for accelerated filters such as liquify. I hope this doesn't break it again as happened last time it cleared up only to return for several later betas.
Yay! AMD driver is still fine in this update 10.14.4 Beta (18E194d). That's two in a row so hopefully, this glitch is fixed.
