Eve launches updated Thread light switch and more at IFA22

At IFA22, Eve Systems is debuting several product updates including a new Thread-enabled version of its light switch, new options for MotionBlinds, and more.
The most anticipated product of the lot is Eve's updated version of the Eve Light Switch. The new controller operates over Thread as well as Bluetooth.
It can act as a Thread router in your home to expand your mesh network. Another upgrade is that the Eve Light Switch will now work on three-way switch as well as single-pole designs.
Eve says that it is committing to furthering to its MotionBlinds product by announcing a new honeycomb style and blind option from Coulisse.
In Europe, Eve is bringing its first controller for motorized roller shutters and blinds. The Eve Shutter Switch outfits an existing control to bring HomeKit support and Thread.
Finally, Eve is launching a white version of its popular outdoor camera that supports HomeKit Secure Video.
Later this year Eve will be updating many of its devices to support Matter, bringing support for several new smart platforms including Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Samsung SmartThings
