Apple will hold its annual shareholders meeting on Friday, March 10 at 9:00 AM Pacific time.
As with previous years, the meeting will be held virtually. Prior to the pandemic, meetings were held at the Steve Jobs Theater.
According to the shareholder notice and proxy statement filed with the SEC, the date of record for the annual shareholder meeting is January 9, 2023. Shareholders must have held Apple shares before that date to vote.
Those who wish to attend can visit the shareholder website and enter their assigned control number. The number has been provided in the Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials. Access will open 15 minutes prior to the event.
Questions can be submitted in advance via ProxyVote until March 9 at 8:59 PM Pacific, 11:59 PM Eastern.
