Apple's M1 Mac mini is $479 today.

Apple Authorized Reseller B&H Photo is hosting the $479 promotion on the standard M1 Mac mini that's equipped with 8GB of memory and a 256GB SSD. This is the cheapest price we've seen on the closeout compact desktop.

If you prefer the latest model, the 2023 M2 version is also on sale, with the standard configuration featuring the M2 chip with an 8-core CPU and 10-core GPU marked down to $529 at Amazon and at BHPhotoVideo.com. Like the M1 configuration above, it has 8GB of memory, 256GB of storage and Gigabit Ethernet.
