Robot vacuum peddler Ecovacs is showcasing their latest flagship model at CES 2025, Deebot X8 PRO Omni which is several improvements including a self-washing roller mop.
Ecovacs cites dirty mops as one of the number one concerns with combination robotic vacuum cleaners and mops. As they mop, they can potentially spread dirty water around your floor.
To solve this issue, Ecovacs has a new OZMO roller mop that cleans itself as it goes. It also has improved downward force and higher rotation to improve its overall performance.
Other enhancements with the X8 Pro include up to 18,000Pa of suction and new ZeroTangle 2.0 technology. An all-new TruEdge 3D Edge Sensor, paired with updated AI capabilities, also make it more agile and help it avoid more obstacles such as cables.
It can be bundled with the Ecovacs Omni station that helps maintain your robot, including refilling the water tank, cleaning the mop, and emptying the dust bin.
The Deebot X8 Pro will be available on February 18. Pricing to be announced.

It's GOAT robotic mowers were updated this year too, with both A-series and O-series models.
The GOAT A3000 LiDAR is the most capable of the two and is the only robotic mower with multi-technology navigation according to the brand. The GOAT O is more affordable and designed for smaller lawns.
