Apple TV+ lifts the curtain on "Pluribus," a new series from the creator of "Breaking Bad," following a woman immune to a world-changing virus — and the government that wants to "fix" her.

In 2022, Apple TV+ signed a two-season, straight-to-series order with "Breaking Bad" and "Better Call Saul" creator Vince Gilligan. In July 2025, we learned that the series would star "Better Call Saul"'s Rhea Seehorn and would be titled "Pluribus."

Now, we're getting the official trailer, giving us a quick glimpse into the main character's life.

The story follows Carol, an author in Albuquerque, New Mexico, in a world transformed by a strange new virus — and learns she's the only one it can't touch. When the government offers to help, the kindness seems more like a threat than salvation.

In another teaser, "Sorry About the Blood," viewers are briefly shown a phone number. When dialed, users are played a short voice clip that says "Hi, Carol. We're so glad you called. We can't wait for you to join us. Dial "0" and we'll get back to you via text message."

Responding as instructed does, in fact, get you — or rather, Carol — a text message. It also asks if you want to opt into receiving updates about Apple TV+.

The series is set to premiere on November 7, 2025.
