The only thing you'll have to pay is sales tax for each iPhone and a $35 device connection charge per phone. The offer is completed by applying for a monthly credit for 24 months.
That means you'll need to stay with T-Mobile for the entire 24-month period in order to get the four iPhones for free. Leaving your contract will negate the remaining account credits, meaning you'll have to pay the difference to keep your iPhones.
The minimum T-Mobile service will cost $25 per line per month and will be paid with auto-pay. Note that there's only a maximum of four credited devices per account, and this deal can't be combined with other active T-Mobile promotions.
