From December 22 through to noon on December 24, 2025, Apple is offering free two-hour delivery from its retail stores for qualifying devices, and in certain areas.
As it has in previous years, Apple is dropping its usual $9 fee for two-hour delivery. It's specifically for the remaining time until noon on Christmas Eve, and keeps the same conditions as this fast delivery usually have.
That means that the items bought must be in stock. The Apple Store must be in a city, although Apple only says that stores in "most metros" are taking part.
With those conditions, free two-hour delivery is available for:
- iPhone
- iPad
- Mac
- Apple Watch
- AirPods
- Apple TV
- Beats
Although there are further conditions for certain items. So according to Apple's terms and conditions page, free two-hour delivery is not available for:
- Customised Macs
- Engraved products
- Devices paid through financing or bank transfer
- T-Mobile or Verizon carrier-financed iPhones
Note that as well as not being eligible for free two-hour delivery, iPhones bought with T-Mobile or Verizon financing, are subject to the standard returns policy. All other eligible Apple devices are currently subject to extended holiday returns.
Specifically, Apple devices bought between November 12, 2025 and December 25, 2025, can be returned up to January 8, 2026.
