Apple is continuing to celebrate the Chinese New Year, with promotional Year of the Horse versions of AirPods Pro 3 now for sale in multiple countries.
After launching New Year offers in Japan, Apple is continuing its traditional Chinese New Year sale of specially-branded goods to mark the occasion in more countries.
Apple customers in countries including China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, and others are being given the option to pick up some special AirPods Pro 3. Specifically, versions marked with a Year of the Horse emoji on the casing.
Just like the Year of the Snake versions sold one year ago, the Year of the Horse models have the special engraving, but no extra features or bonuses, save for slightly modified packaging. They are AirPods Pro 3, priced exactly the same as the standard engraved edition consumers can purchase.
The only difference is that the Year of the Horse models will be limited in availability while stocks last. Apple doesn't typically hint at how many will be available to purchase, but there will be at least a few days worth of supplies available.
Depending on the location, Apple is also selling accessories to go along with the AirPods Pro 3. For example, in China, there are exclusive iPhone 17 and AirPods Pro 3 cases from Tech21.
