Apple TV shares a first look at Jonah Hill's dark comedy "Outcome," a Hollywood-set story about reckoning, reputation, and the cost of buried mistakes.
Keanu Reeves stars as Reef Hawke, a beloved Hollywood actor compelled to atone for his past after a mysterious extortion video surfaces. Along with his life long best friends Kyle (Cameron Diaz) and Xander (Matt Bomer), he sets out to make amends with anyone he could have wronged, hoping to identify the blackmailer.
The film also stars Martin Scorsese, Susan Lucci, Laverne Cox, David Spade, Atsuko Okatsuka, Roy Wood Jr., Kaia Gerber, and Ivy Wolk. The film was written by Jonah Hill Ezra Woods.
The film will make its global debut on Apple TV on Friday, April 10. Apple Original Films picked up the film in 2023.
Hill is also co-producing the film with Matt Dines, his partner at Strong Baby, and the company's Ali Goodwin. The project is an Apple Studios production.
In 2021, it was reported that Martin Scorsese and Jonah Hill were working on a different Apple TV project. Hill was alleged to play Jerry Garcia in a Scorsese-directed biopic on one of America's most iconic bands, the Grateful Dead.
