Roxio Readies Toast Update

Last week, Roxio wrapped up the development of a minor update to their Toast Titanium CD/DVD application, sources tell AppleInsider. Version 6.0.1 of the software will address a number of issues discovered with major upgrade announced in August.

Additionally, the software will be fully Mac OS X 10.3 (Panther) compliant. Panther beta testers had been reporting incompatibilities with version 6.0 of the authoring software and the new Apple OS.

Roxio is expected to announce the upgrade this week. All versions of Roxio Toast Titanium shipping thereafter will include the modifications. An 6.0.1 upgrader application will be made available to registered owners of Toast Titanium 6.0
