Apple Dealers file 3rd amended complaint

Elite Computers & Software filed its 3rd amended complaint against Apple on February 14th, which is now available for download for the first time at TellOnApple.org. "Three new causes of action have been added to our complaint," said Thomas Armes, President of Elite Computers & Software. "These are very interesting times as we have come from being Apple Specialists to Legal Specialists! I spend a lot of my time working on the case and I look forward to our day in court." The five current and former Apple Dealers in litigation against Apple Computer recently swapped legal teams in December, 2004. "I look forward to our day in court with our new legal team", said Armes. "I believe that in the end, the case against Apple will be overwhelming!"
