In its quest to wrap all Apple products in Horween leather, Nomad this week announced a new protective cover for the newly-released MagSafe Battery Pack.
Made of the same high-quality Horween leather as Nomad's other leather goods, the MagSafe Battery Pack cover is similar to the accessory maker's AirPods case. Both feature a molded plastic shell wrapped in either black or brown leather.
The interior has a soft microfiber lining around the edges and a microsuction back to help keep it in place.
Nomad's leather shell does add additional bulk to the battery and increases a user's sunk cost for the accessory as a whole. This is reminiscent of Nomad's other recent release — the leather cover for Apple's MagSafe charging puck.
Still, it is a nice option for leather lovers and provides variety for , which is limited to white.
This expands Nomad's leather lineup even further to include iPhone cases, AirTag holders, AirPods cases, MagSafe covers, wallets, iPad shells, mouse pads, Apple Watch bands, chargers, and more.
If you'd like to pick one up to protect and style your own MagSafe Battery Pack, Nomad has opened up preorders for its new MagSafe Battery Pack cover which runs $19.95 during preorder before jump up to full price of $34.95. It will begin shipping November 20.

I knew it would only be a matter of time before these hit the market, lol. I just wish Apple would make 1st party versions of them, along with AirPods cases. Especially AirPods cases…
The link does not work to the MagSafe Battery Pack cover preorder
That's a very Zune shade.
Hm, not sure what that does to thermal management…
…leather is a pretty good insulator.
