Apple has released a new "Hello Yellow" commercial to promote the new yellow color for the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus.
The company announced the addition of the new color on March 7, and it's now available for purchase. It joins the other colors, including Blue, Purple, (Product)RED, Midnight, and Starlight.
The ad — Hello Yellow — shows a man walking through a city filled with animated people, exploring everything through photos taken on a yellow iPhone 14. The song in the background is "Le Banana Split" by Lio.
The iPhone 14 Pro models did not receive the new yellow color, likely because they already have a yellowish-gold option.
Nothing else has changed on the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus except for the new color. These models have a photography feature called Action mode for stable videos, Crash Detection for car accidents, Emergency Satellite via SOS for stranded adventurers, a speedy A15 Bionic chip, and other improvements and enhancements.
Apple customers in the US can opt to purchase a yellow iPhone 14 model with the new "Shop with a Specialist over Video" experience. It lets people interact with an Apple expert over a video call for help in choosing an iPhone.

I don't get the "yellow" hype. This isn't the first yellow iPhone. The 5c and 11 iPhones came in yellow and there wasn't any fanfare then.
Oh so it does say Hello... Just as I had predicted ;)
Remember when the first white iPhone had a light leak issue? They overcame that. Wonder if the engineers will develop a case that can be any color you choose in Settings or tied to your Focus mode or calendar appointment?
