Apple TV+ Emmy, SAG, and Critics Choice award-winning newsroom drama "The Morning Show" returns for its third season on September 13, 2023.
The third season will feature ten episodes, with the first two airing on the premiere date. This season is directed and executive produced by Mimi Leder; Charlotte Stoudt serves as showrunner and executive producer.
According to Apple, the third season will see the future of the network thrown into question. Loyalties are pushed to the brink when a large company shows interest in UBA.
Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon, Billy Crudup, Mark Duplass, Nestor Carbonell, Karen Pittman, Greta Lee, Jon Hamm, Nicole Beharie, and Julianna Margulies are set to star in season three.
Apple renewed the series for a third season in January 2022.
In May 2023, Apple renewed "The Morning Show" for a fourth season, with a possible fifth season as an option.

Good thing those greedy striking writers didn't impact this show, unlike "Hacks" which is on hold.*
*I'm kidding. I'm totally on the writers side, but I am sad about Hacks.
The show went off the rails with Anniston's tone deaf rant at the end of Season 2.
Crudup goes from "bad" to "good" between the first 2 seasons without any explanation. It was also sad to see Carrell's character die. He was a real beast but Carrell portrayed the character with so much nuance and finesse that you feel his path to redemption.
Anyway, I'll give it a watch but Apple TV+ now has loads of better shows.
