Belkin launches new BoostCharge Pro 2-in-1 MagSafe & Apple Watch charger

Belkin BoostCharge Pro 2-in-1 Dock

Belkin has just taken the wraps off its latest Apple-specific charging accessory, the BoostCharge Pro 2-in-1 that includes both MagSafe and an Apple Watch pucks.

The new modern take on an iPhone charger comes in two neutral colorways — charcoal and sand that incorporates color-matched metal into the plastic and rubber body.

A metal Apple Watch charger sticks out from the back, allowing the watch to lie flat. Notably, it also supports fast charging on supported models.

The MagSafe puck is covered in a soft-touch silicone, one of the few Apple-certified MagSafe pucks that is able to swap out the stock white charging surface for something custom.

With Apple's seal of approval, the MagSafe pad can deliver up to 15W of power to iPhone 12, iPhone 13, iPhone 14, or iPhone 15 models.

That top surface is adjustable, pivoting from flat to a 70-degree angle that is well-suited for Apple's new Stand By mode.

It has a nylon-wrapped cable built in that connects to the bundled 30W USB-C power adapter.

Belkin, like Apple, has made significant promises in its push for more environmentally friendly products. In pursuit of that, the new BoostCharge Pro 2-in-1 Dock is made of 60% post-consumer recycled plastic and its packaging is 100% plastic-free using forest-certified paper.

The new Belkin BoostCharge Pro 2-in-1 Dock will be available on November 7 from Apple.com and Belkin.com before other retailers.

As price isn't mentioned, I'd imagine this will retail for around $100 - based on what their current BoostCharge Pro 2-in-1 charger goes for ($99 MSRP, but on sale for $89 - 20% off for their Black Friday sale.)

But personally, I'd rather get their 3-in-1
BoostCharge Pro on clearance at Costco for $80 if I were in the market for something like this.

Regardless, Belkin's really the only company I'd trust if I were buying a wireless charger (
MagSafe or Apple Watch) other than Apple, so if this somehow came in significantly less than $100, I'd definitely consider it.
