Apple's new trailer for the fourth season of "The Morning Show" teases the corporate drama affecting the newsroom, ahead of its September 17 premiere.
Promotion of the fourth season of the Apple TV+ drama "The Morning Show" is underway, just under a month before the premiere. The first trailer, released by Apple on Wednesday, gives a hint of what to expect for the upcoming release of the drama.
Taking place almost two years after season three's events, the UBA-NBN merger is complete, but leaves the newsroom having to deal with new issues. New responsibility, hidden motives, and a polarized country dealing with trust issues await the characters this season.
A hint of that was on display in July, when star Jennifer Aniston was soaked in oil while her character attended a protest as part of filming for the show.
The show stars and is executive-produced by Reese Witherspoon and Aniston. Charlotte Stoudt serves as showrunner and executive producer, with Mimi Leder directing and also executive producing.
The cast also includes Billy Crudup, Mark Duplass, Nestor Carbonell, Karen Pittman, Greta Lee, Nicole Beharie, Jon Hamm, Aaron Pierre, William Jackson Harper, Boyd Holbrook, Marion Cotillard, and Jeremy Irons.
The new season starts on September 17, 2025, with one episode released weekly in Apple TV+ until November 19, 2025.
