Apple has expanded its company real estate with the addition of two office buildings in Cupertino, which ended up costing the company $216 million.

In 2025 alone, the iPhone maker has spent more than $1 billion on property acquisition. In June 2025, Apple added a $350 million campus to its growing list of Bay Area properties, with a Cupertino office complex worth $160 million following only days later.

Now, Apple has acquired yet another piece of real estate, and this time it's two office buildings worth an impressive $216 million. As the publication SiliconValley.com points out, the buildings in question are on Stevens Creek Boulevard in Cupertino, the city that also famously houses Apple Park.

Apple reportedly acquired the two office buildings as part of an all-cash deal, which was closed on December 11. This is according to documentation filed with the Santa Clara County Recorder's Office.

Kristina Raspe, Apple's vice president of Global Real Estate and Facilities, commented on the matter. She explained that the company was "proud to continue investing in world-class facilities" that are "designed to foster innovation and collaboration," while also saying that the Santa Clara Valley has been Apple's home for nearly half a century.

Apple's latest acquisitions, located at 19319 Stevens Creek Boulevard and 19339 Stevens Creek Boulevard, offer approximately 136,600 square feet and 129,900 square feet, respectively.

The expansion of the company's property portfolio is showing no signs of slowing down, and it's possible we'll see further purchases of similar buildings in 2026 and beyond.
