Apple Arcade is adding a major new original in March, alongside several family-friendly releases and themed updates to existing games. Here's what's coming.
Apple confirmed that Oceanhorn 3: Legend of the Shadow Sea will debut on Apple Arcade on March 5, headlining a month that also includes new App Store greats and crossover updates. The additions continue Apple Arcade's push to pad out its catalog with platform-agnostic games that avoid ads and in-app purchases.
Oceanhorn 3: Legend of the Shadow Sea launches exclusively on Apple Arcade on March 5. The new entry is set nearly 1,000 years after Oceanhorn 2: Knights of the Lost Realm and focuses on exploration, large-scale boss battles, and a world on the brink of rebirth.
The fully 3D action-adventure supports iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, and Apple Vision Pro. Apple describes it as a blend of exploration, combat, and puzzle-solving, continuing the franchise's long-running narrative while expanding its scope and scale.
Three App Store greats join Apple Arcade in March
Three existing App Store games are also joining Apple Arcade with no ads or in-app purchases. Pocket Love!+ is a life simulation game centered on decorating a shared home with a partner and pet, while Flow Free+ brings its familiar color-connecting puzzle gameplay to the service.
Doraemon Dorayaki Shop Story+ rounds out the additions, tasking players with running a sweets shop alongside the iconic manga character Doraemon. All three titles arrive on March 5.
Apple Arcade is also rolling out updates to existing games ahead of March. On February 19, Disney SpellStruck receives a Star Wars crossover inspired by Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope, with Luke, Leia, Han, and Chewbacca available as playable characters.
The update follows a limited-time event in Crayola Create and Play+ featuring Paddington, which remains available through February 18. These additions continue Apple Arcade's pattern of rotating licensed content to keep its catalog fresh.
Retro Bowl update ties into Super Bowl content
Sports-focused updates are also part of the latest refresh. NFL Retro Bowl '26 adds a new challenge mode tied to Super Bowl LX, allowing players to compete using the Seattle Seahawks or New England Patriots.
The challenge can be launched from the save select screen or through the Apple Games app, further integrating Arcade content into Apple's broader games hub.
