Apple has revealed the winners of the 2021 Apple Design Awards, and the list includes CARROT Weather, Genshin Impact, and Be My Eyes, among others.
The winners were selected from a list of 36 finalists across six different categories. Apple Design Awards are meant to honor "excellence in innovation, ingenuity, and technical achievement in app and game design" on the App Store.
Categories included Inclusivity, Delight & Fun, Interaction, Social Impact, Visuals and Graphics, and Innovation.

"This year's Apple Design Award winners have redefined what we've come to expect from a great app experience, and we congratulate them on a well-deserved win. The work of these developers embodies the essential role apps and games play in our everyday lives, and serve as perfect examples of our six new award categories," said Susan Prescott, Apple's VP of Worldwide Developer Relations
The Apple Design Awards have been presented annually, generally during WWDC, since 1997. Over the past 20 years, Apple has recognized more than 250 developers of apps across its various operating systems.
In 2020, winners of the Apple Design Award included "Song of Bloom" and "Where Cards Fall."
