Apple releases fourth developer beta for macOS 13.5 Ventura

The newest macOS Ventura beta is now available

Developers who are part of the program can obtain the most recent builds by visiting the Apple Developer Center or updating their Macs in the Settings app. Subsequently, public beta versions are typically made available shortly after the developer versions, enabling users to participate through the Apple Beta Software Program.

The fourth beta release of macOS Ventura 13.5 is identified by the build number 22G5059d which represents an update from the third release, build number 22G5048d, that was introduced on June 15.

Although specific details regarding the features and changes included in these new betas have not been disclosed, further information will be unveiled as developers explore and engage with the operating systems.

AppleInsider and Apple strongly suggest users don't install beta operating systems or other beta software on "mission-critical" or primary devices, as there is the small chance of issues that could result in the loss of data. Testers should instead use secondary or non-essential hardware and ensure they have sufficient backups of their critical data at all times.
