Apple shares new trailer for upcoming third season of 'The Morning Show'

Award-winning newsroom drama "The Morning Show" returns to Apple TV+ on September 13, and Apple is giving fans a sneak peek into what's to come.

The third season of "The Morning Show" puts the future of the network in doubt and tests loyalties when a powerful technology mogul takes an interest in UBA. As a result, unexpected alliances are formed, secrets are weaponized, and everyone is forced to confront their beliefs in and out of the newsroom.

The third season will feature ten episodes, with the first two airing on the premiere date. This season is directed and executive produced by Mimi Leder; writer Charlotte Stoudt serves as showrunner and executive producer.

Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon, Billy Crudup, Mark Duplass, Nestor Carbonell, Karen Pittman, Greta Lee, Jon Hamm, Nicole Beharie, and Julianna Margulies will star in the upcoming season.

In 2020, "The Morning Show" earned an award from the Screen Actors Guild for Jennifer Aniston's performance.

That same year, Billy Crudup won the series a primetime Emmy for his performance in "The Morning Show."

Apple renewed the series for a third season in January 2022.

In May 2023, Apple renewed "The Morning Show" for a fourth season, with a possible fifth season as an option.

Love watching The Morning Show. Whenever I think about the screwed-up lives of the rich and famous main characters, it makes me feel good about my stable relationships, my low profile, and my comfortable, upper middle class life.

This is my favorite “Prime Time” soap. It gives me Newsroom vibes with House of Cards plots. I root for many of the characters and hope shit comes through.

First season was great. The last one where Mitch’s story concluded, not so much. I’d probably watch it though for John Hamm. His character in Madmen was 1st class.
